Help desk at the cafeteria of the northern part of university ("Nordmensa")
At the cafeteria of the northern part of university (“Nordmensa”) studIT also provides advisory service.
The opening hours are:
Monday and Thursday 12 pm to 2 pm.
There, studIT provides the following services:
- issuing of student accounts
- resetting and regeneration of passwords for the student account (and for the self-service functions)
- regular advice and assistance concerning the student account (including support concerning the Wi-Fi networks)
The studIT help desk at the "Nordmensa" is in the former club room at the foyer of the cafeteria of the northern part of university (entrance, near the cash machine).
