Our studIT advisors work at different locations on the whole campus. Please check our opening hours!

======= LRC SUB =======
The LRC is a co-operative effort of Göttingen State and University Library, GWDG and studIT. You can find further information concerning the LRC SUB [[en:support:rechnerstandorte:lrcs:sub|on our support pages]] or [[http://www.sub.uni-goettingen.de/index.php?content=http://www.sub.uni-goettingen.de/lrc/index.html.de|at the homepage of the SUB]].

== The consulting hours are: ==

  * Monday, Wednesday, Friday 10 am to 4 pm
  * Tuesday and Thursday 10 am to 6.30 pm
  * Saturday and Sunday 1 pm to 4 pm 

At the LRC SUB you can use the following services:
  * issuing of guest accounts
  * issuing of student accounts
  * resetting and regeneration of [[en:support:account:passwort|passwords]] for the [[en:support:account:|student account]] (and for the [[en:support:account:sb_funktionen|self-service functions]])
  * regular advisory service for the student account (including adivsory service concerning [[en:support:wlan:|the Wi-Fi networks]])
  * advice concerning printer queues and printers
  * expert consultancy with regard to the use of programs in connection to academic work

    The LRC SUB is on the second floor of the Göttingen State and University Library (SUB). 

======= Physics Divisional Library at the northern part of university ("Nordcampus") =======
== Opening hours are: ==
  * Monday 12 pm to 2 pm
  * Thursday 4 pm to 6 pm

There you can use the following service functions: 
  * issuing of student accounts
  * resetting and regeneration of [[en:support:account:passwort|passwords]] for the [[en:support:account:|student account]] (and for the [[en:support:account:sb_funktionen|self-service functions]])
  * regular advice and assistance concerning the student account (including support concerning [[en:support:wlan:|the Wi-Fi networks]])

   You can find us in the Physics Divisional Library.


======= LRC Med / department library of the University Medical School =======
The abbreviation "UMG" stands for "Universitätsmedizin Göttingen" which means the department library of the University Medical School. There is a learning resources center which expanded a lot by setting up more computers in 2011. At the LRC Med our studIT advisors work as well. ==Our consulting hours at the LRC Med are:==
  * Monday and Wednesday: 10am - 4pm
  * Tuesday and Thursday: 12am - 6pm
  * Friday: 10am - 1pm
  
There you can use the following service functions: 

  * issuing of [[en:support:account:|student accounts]]  
  * resetting and regeneration of [[en:support:account:passwort|passwords]] for the student account (and also for [[https://go.med.uni-goettingen.de/cps/rde/|Go@Med]] and the [[en:support:account:sb_funktionen|self-service functions]])
  * issuing of accounts to third parties for an authorisation for the LRC Med
  * regular advisory service for the student account (including adivsory service concerning [[en:support:wlan:|the WiFi-networks]])
  * topping up the print contingent of studIT [[en:support:drucken:druckguthaben|printing accounts]]
  * extension of the semester rail ticket and the student ID (only during consulting hours).
