One restriction: only the web client can be used on studIT desktops, as a full Owncloud folder would cause problems with roaming profiles (overfilled [[en:support:account:homeverzeichnis|home directories]]). This is not (yet) possible at present. This is because the GWDG cloud for students comprises 50 GB, but the student home directory only 10 GB.
