-To use a printer you need to install a little client-program first. You can find it on our printing server, where you can download it. For that you have to open the //Finder// archive, then click on  //Go// menu and after that just click //Connect to Server...//. The following window opens. There please type the fully qualified domain name:

-In the authentication window that appears, type your username and password for your student account (with ug-student\ in front of it; Backslash when using Mac: Alt + Shift + 7).
